Professional Development
APX offers a comprehensive Professional Development program for educators, designed to enhance student engagement through effective use of our Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs). The three year professional development program includes both virtual and in-person training sessions, tailored to the size of the school district deployment:

Training Includes:
- Virtual and in-person training for all APX IFP installations
- Training designed to empower educators to use technology effectively
- Virtual sessions on basic setup, advanced tools, file management, and more
- Virtual demonstrations and physical units for RFP testing
- Follow-up training two weeks after deployment
- Free online catalog of video tutorials (www.APXifp.com)
- Yearly training for district tech experts

Support Portal
Dedicated support portal and ticket system for users to ask questions or report issues. We have also created an AI support agent that is trained on our FAQs and Google EDLA. We will use your questions to further train our AI model to expand support and tutorials for users
