Warranty Process

Important Warranty Details
APX.TECH provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty on this product (referenced in the table above) against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified in the table above. This warranty covers issues that arise from faulty materials or manufacturing.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, cracks)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage during unpacking, setup, or shipping.
- Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage.
